Paul Mendez, author of acclaimed book, Rainbow Milk will lead a creative writing workshop for queer writers, performers and artists of colour. This is your chance to connect with and enjoy an afternoon of creative mentoring from one of the country’s most exciting new voices in queer literature. If writing forms any part of your creative or performance practice or you have an interest in starting to write creatively then this unique workshop is for you. Jonny Woo, Glory co-owner and performer, will be leading a short Q&A with Paul during the session so you can learn more about the inspiration behind the book Rainbow Milk and Paul’s own journey to becoming a writer.

Rainbow Milk was named one of the Observer’s Top Ten Best Debuts for 2020 and was shortlisted for several prestigious literary prizes. Paul is currently adapting the novel for a TV series.
