Arts Council Funding Presentation: FOR QUEERS!
Wednesday, August 19, 2020FREE – Live and on Zoom

Arts Council England’s National Lottery Project Grants is an open access funding stream for arts, museums, and library projects. The fund is for individual artists, community and cultural organisations.
This is an opportunity to hear from Arts Council England about what to consider if you are planning an application.
The presentation will be led by Justin Hunt, Relationship Manager in Combined Arts & Dance and Gabriela Cala-Lesina, Relationship Manager in Visual Arts and is aimed at LGBTQIA+ artists.
This session will provide an overview of Project Grants suitable for new and returning applicants, highlighting the changes that have been made since the Covid-19 Emergency began.
Participants will:
· Understand the scope of Project Grants and how funding can support their creativity
· Learn about the updated application form and how to develop a competitive application
· Consider ways current regulations around community, participatory, and performance-based activities may affect projects and their funding
There will be time for a moderated Q&A to get more focused support.
The event is free and spaces are limited so please RSVP by requesting a ticket through Outsavvy.
